Hi my age is 30yrs, married 6yrs ago, 4 months back found chocolate cyst and done laproscopy.both tube good, all fine. After 3 months done iui.. egg size also very good and sperm count also good, all fine but I got my periods. Egg size is good, laproscopy done,semen also fine.. What is the reason for iui failed. What will be next procedure.
