Sir iam having inferior and middle turbinate and deviated nasal septum from past 13years
Now my age is 22
Iam having nasal blockage during nyt time some times right nostril and some left nostril but not both at a time

No, you do not need any surgery. I suggest you do regular Jal Neti.
Open the Amazon app and purchase the Jala Neti+ salt and Jala Neti(300ml) bottle.
