Im having infection or fungus on pennis that increase day by day Also itching is too much paining also................. Please advise

Usually fungal infection does not come on penis. It comes on the inner thigh, groin and buttocks. But scabies can cause severe itching on penis specially at night. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
