2month old baby isdoing potty 4times a day and also passing little watery stool whole day in small amounts withing every 5-10 minutes and also has stool infection as we done with stool t est and it shows mucous and pus cell

Visit a doctor with your reports.also depends on feeding and also whether baby is having fever etc.
