Infection in femure bone

I have severe pain in my femure bone of right thigh.undergone x ray,mri,bone scan and found infection in 1by 3rd of femure bone.also performed Crp and esr tests shows positive.no symptoms of fever and exrernal damage.this pain developed for the last 15 days on wards only. I am also attaching my reports and scans.plz give me best suggession.

Hi... I suggest you to kindly meet an orthopaedic surgeon..to chart out your plan ...as it needs surgical decompression and removal of bony chip... Hope this is helpful...
