Hello Doctor, If Internal or External Piles became infected then Will Stool Routine show pus in result? and Stool Culture will show bacteria in result? OR Both Routine and Culture will Normal in Infected Piles? Thanks

Hello I wonder why would you do stool test and culture if you know the diagnosis of infected piles? Because treatment of this would involve antibiotics, sitz bath and local ointments. If you still do it it is likely to show pus cells and culture may be positive.
