I got a navel piercing less than a month ago. I have been taking care of the piercing as suggested by the piercing studio. But I have seen some kind of infection recently. It doesn't hurt but I sure there is some. I have no clue what to do because my daily aftercare routine didn't seem to work. What should I do? Also what kind of doctor should I see?

Hi there...it would have been better if you had posted a photo. how are you telling it's infected? Is there any pus discharge or redness around the piercing. It is better if you consult a general surgeon or dermatologist personally, so that they can examine the wound and advise you further.
