Infant - Loose Motions, Stomach Pain
My 5 Months 8 days Old child is suffering from loose motions (She also making some sounds due to Stomach Pain). Consulted a doctor 2 days back and he injected Monocef and gave Calpol, zenflox oz, Enuff Xtra Powder, ORS. We feed the medicine for 1 and half days but still now no better result is seen.
From yesterday's night my child is suffering from stomach pain and making loud Sounds...

Giving ORS regularly is most important part of the treatment, give it often and regularly.

observe the baby, . if the baby is active, of the baby cries loudly, the baby is healthy.
look for warning signs.
if baby becomes lethargic or tired and activity (moving of hands and legs) gets reduced, if baby gets fever, if the baby is sleepy all the time (even during time when it usually stays awake) then it's an emergency.
take the baby to a child specialist immediately
