My baby is 11 months old but not passed stools since two days.we have given banana,water but still issye not resolved

Donn worry. U can wait for 2-3 days if child is playful and no abdominal distension. Give water.. u can try honey at night

2 days is no big issue. U can wait for a day or two. Try to decrease milk and give more salad and fruits. If still persists u may gave 5ml duphulac syp before bed time for 2days
