Increasing size of testis

My left side testis has become larger than the other one at first it was paining but after consulting doctor and taking medicines the pain has decreased but the swelling is still there, I am afraid if this is a major issue for my future health.

hello , its might be due to infection ,hernia or hydrocele . it's better to get done ultrasound of scrotum to get perfect diagnosis. ayurved have treatment for it .
