My father has increased his spectacles from 0.5 to 2.5 from past 2-3 years. his blood test shows high cholestrol . He also has headache very often. What to do ?

If you mean to say that it has increased from -0.5 to -2.50, then probably it's because of Cataract. Cataract is associated with progression towards myopic/minus number. Please attach the current spectacle prescription.

Hi ... You should get a detailed eye check up done to rule out various things . Headache also can be due to eye, sinus, migraine, stress or neurological issues .. So eye check up first...then if problem not diagnosed ..one by one rule out other things.
