Right ovary: 38*17*33 mm volume: 12cc Left over: 27*16mm Right ovary shows increased stromal echotexture and multiple small follicles. Both ovaries are normal in size and shape. What does increased stromal echotexture mean? Should i consult my gynic? My age is 22 and unmarried.
