Increase blood flow.

I had ipill on feb 11th my periods were due on 2nd March. I got spotting for a day usually my period lasts for 2 days normal flow. Earlier, the flow lasted 4-5 days I took pregnancy test its negative. But is there any effective remedy to increase my blood flow. Also, I get bloated often. Please help!

Dont take any medicine now. For bloating take some antacid and Omeprazole.
