Stop having spicy oily food
Eat lot of vegetables, salads greens and fruits. Drink 6-8 glasses of water besides what you have in the morning
Raddish is good. Have atleast 2 dry figs daily - you can soak them in water overnight and drink the water as well as eat the figs in the morning.
If these measures don’t help you can start taking a laxative
