Hi doctor, I am facing issues with incomplete motions. There is this feeling of incomplete emptying of the bowels. At times my stomach gets bloated. I feel some obstruction in my rectal area and seems like rectal muscles contract. I had fistula in ano, as there is no pus or blood discharge or pain around the area since a couple of years. Is this Anismus/ Dyssynergic Defecation or after affects of fistula in ano?
