Inability to wake up

2017-12-10 19:15:59
I have had trouble waking up in the morning, in the actually leaving sleep kind of way. I sleep through (not snooze) multiple alarms, in spite of having slept for 8 hours. This morning, it was 8 alarms and 10 phone calls. Have a history of anemia, and thyroid issues. Is that all this is or should I go see someone about it?

Don't worry .When u have low blood count ie anemia  there is no good blood supply to ur brain and body.so u feel weak and lethargic. Ur brain activity slows up.
Next Steps
Take some iron supplements and fruits like pomegranate, grapes which increases haemoglobin. resins dates beetroot r also good. daily exercise and balanced diet is required along with iron and vitamins supplements.
