Improve weight lifting​

I m going to gym from last five months, by m still lifting same weight as I was lifting on first day of gym. my stamina is still very week.cant run more than 5min. My muscles are still loose. Plz suggest what sud I do to increase my stamina without gaining weight.

Dietary modifications would be more important. Increase in protein intake would help build muscles and improve your stamina.
