Improper Urine Passage

Hello, doctor. I had undergone a varicocele surgery 4 days ago, and after the first two days I have not been able to pass urine properly. The passage of urine is very narrow and often feels blocked. Also my testicle size seems to be more swollen than the first two days. Please let me know about the underlying issue.
