Hello sir I am pardeep . I wanna discuss that when I musterbate then at the time of evacuation I feels that I am not delivering full amount of ejacuation and there is something in my penis vein that stops my seem it gets tighten. So please help me, is this a problem or not. If it is then what should I do.
