After follicle has ruptured on 14thday,today is my 17th day.this satday can I travel in train is it safe?in bike can I travel for short distNce is it safe?I consulted my dctr.i need second opinion.kindly gve suggestns.thnks

Hello.. Well..it depends..do you have any previous history of loss of products of conception the yes it's better you take rest as much as possible ...you can travel but then we can predict when you'll strain so it's safe to take rest..thank you
