My 5 year old daughter, very active child, shes not able to concentrate one thing more than 5 minutes, gets diverted easily. When it comes to studies for example if i teach her an alphabet or number, make her repeat after me for 10 to 20 times, then ask her what it is, she doesn't remember. I ve consulted many doctors they say shes a normal kid but a little slow. Shes in ukg but still shes not able to identify few alphabets.

I suggest take an appointment with Speech Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist). Discuss your problems clearly. They can help you. With out doing assessment it's not right to comment about diagnosis.

If you really feel that her concentration span is very low, please consult a child neurologist/psychiatrist... They should help you out of this.

Pls get her assessed by child psychologist to rule out Attention Deficit Disorder or Learning Disorder. No need to go to any other specialist.
