I am suffering with diabetes since 15years and BP of 140-180, renal failure 2 years back can i use ime-9 tablets , if i use , should i continue my present insulin or use only ime-9 tabs pls reply me sir

IME-9 is ayush medicine. In renal failure history it is always better to be on insulin to avoid any drug interactions preferably short acting insulin
