My mother is 50 year old CML patient. The WBC count varies wrt dose of Imatinib (Suggested by one Dr) or Hydroxyurea (Suggested by other). I would like to know which one is better Imatinib or Hydroxyurea? She has undergone cerectomy for SDH.

It depends on the molecular markers your mother is expressing. If BCR ABL is positive , then targeted drugs work better like imatinib
