I'm 15 week pregnant with twins baby's post two days i have cold ...today motion is going black colour...it's normal

If you are taking any Vitamin or iron supplements it would explain the colour of the stools. On the other hand if you are constipated it could also be due to haemorrhoids. Its just one day so wait and watch. If it persists consult in private.
