I have dried earwax in my ears which I am not able to remove.  Since few days At night while sleeping, I feel iching and soreness in inner ear and throat for about 1 hour. And it feels really discomfort .

if it is confirmed wax then use Soliwax ear drops in both ears 4 drops each ear for 4 times a day. do this for 5 days. Then consult an ent for ear syringing if required.
