Ibs-c since one year
I have ibs-c.I have used all laxative like softovac, dulcoflex, cremaffin plus, loozy. I have taken all twice after meal. Empty stomach all gas tablet like pan d, pan l, omez d and l, rabesec dsr. But in morning only 30% motion. I have done whole body test. In morning gas medicine is taken or laxative like softovac can be take empty stomach morning
Tab Prucalopride 1mg 1 tab daily at night

You might be suffering from fecal evacuation disorder, it will need further evaluation . Treatment wil include biofeedback, adjustment of laxatives, any kind of prokinetic like pruclaopride or lubowel, exercise, along with some antianxiety medication, as FED are usually functional disorders
