Iam 45 and lost all my theet i had artifical implant but its doesnt fit properly so i had to take it out. Plz advise as i wanted a permanent fix up but doctor says that my gums wont support permanent fix ups

In your condition if regular implants are failed than you can ask your dentist for basal implants.. which is good option for your problem..
