Over mental stress,too much anxiety, worries causes such mental confusion.U dont have to worry too much about it.Just change ur daily routine. It is Not a normal daily life what u gone through.
Take proper sleeo,proper job timing, propet tine for other stuff .
If u can manage it on urself then its ok but if u cant then consult psychologist Online for external help.
