I was suffering from myophia since 4 years so I had been using spectacles to correct my vision but due to the wearing of spectacles dark marks are apppearing so suggest me a best treatment to cure myophia completely.

Hello U can opt for contact lenses after complete evaluation from an ophthalmologist. After 3-4 years you can think of LASIK to remove glass power completely.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet and exercise to get rid of glasses Refractive surgery like LASIK is a good option

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses except lasik and for that too you will have to wait for 3to 4yrs more.
