After completing the medicine prescribed in attachment , did not have relief, still caughinng. Deep inside nose I feel itching which goes off after caughinng. Moreover swallowing gives me mild pain and sensation of blocking one side of nose adjacent to throat. What should I do next to get rid off from this.

You need to have nasal endoscopy and flexible laryngoscopy on opd basis by ent doctor and then decide further course
