I want to know about prostatitis??

Is in prostatitis, there may be continuous leakage of sperm whole day n night. Is continuous sperm leakage, may be due to erection of penis in a tight underwear whole night, i am thinking so because after wake up in morning i felt pain in my penis. And as  i think,  i hv no more symptoms of prostatitis except burning in penis during pee. Sir   please🙏🙏😌reply me, i am very much worried about this.

Those are not d symptoms of prostatitis. Night time penile erection is normal. Need nit wear undergarments at night. U need to get urine test to see for urine infection and review with urologist
