I must appreciate your willingness to quit smoking. It may seem but difficult to control your urge to smoke but it's not impossible.
Medication depends on your dependence and urge..You may start with nicotine chewing gums..5-6 per day to start with then gradually reduce it..
If it doesn't help there are other options to help you.
