I have a heavy fever with a heavy cold and loose motion also going from morning please tell me a better treatment

Tab. Tambac cv 200/125 two times a day after meal for 7 days Tab. Dan p  two times a day after meal for 3 day Tab. Montek lc before bedtime for 3 day Tab. Loppa 2mg 3 times a day stop if no diarrhoea

Hi Take adequate fluids Take ors sachets and dilute it in one liter of water and drink as much as possible Take dolo 650 thrice a day Take antibiotic tab ofloxoz twice a day for 5 days Take pantoprazole once in a day 5days Tab levocitrizine twice a day

still fever is not subsided, get blood investigations done CBC typhoid tests blood cultures
