I am 25 years old and when ever I get an erection my penis pains and after searching on net I realized that my foreskin is not going backword and it is now usual. I don't know what to do about it , is it too late to get treatment? I never realised that it is not suppose to be like it.

its never late for treatmnet. it may b phimosis.need pic for proper assessment in erecton n normal mode
