I had unprotcted sex with this girl almost 4 months ago. A week later after when it happened, I started getting ulcers , but then it went away after a week. But then started getting them now and again. Fast foward 3 months later, I got bad tonsillitis and couldnt swallow so got antibiotics. Which I still have it, which some litter uclers as well. Could this be a sign of HIV? I keep getting badly anxious while thinking I have a white tongue and other symptoms when my family say they don't see it
