I am 26 years old. I want to get DPT vaccination for me and my parents before travelling to the US, as we will be sharing the accommodation with a family who have a new born baby.

Hello....  You might  have had completed dose of DPT in childhood..  Measurement of antibody  titre is sufficient..  Even  booster  doses are given.  But not the same in case of your parents ..  Only get vaccinated for those vaccines which  are asked by USA.  Usually they ask for pnumocaccal and meningococall vaccines.
