I m lactating mother suffering frm piles
I have delivered a baby on 19th June, 2021 and post that I am suffering from piles and fissures. I have extreme pain in my anal area and while paasing stool it feels like injured area and have bleeding too. It constantly aches like swollen wound. Please help me. I have not taken any medicine since i am lactating. I am taking 30ml of duphalac since my delivery and am applying ointments like pilorute and annovate.
As per your complain, it seems that you are suffering from acute anal fissure, though clinical examination will be appreciated.
Kindly do Sitz bath with lukewarm water 4-5times daily
Apply Anobliss or Escot ointment after every Sitz bath and also before defecation
Continue Syr. Duphalac as stool softener
If pain is very much, you should take oral pain killer for 3-5days.
The problem will take time to improve & you have to be continue the management for 1-2months.
