Since your previous pregnancy was downs positive you need to be little cautious this time...since its 5th month they might have done tests like triple marker,obstetric scan for NT and NB...these will give you probable chances... At 5th month I.e between 18 to 22 anamoly scan should be done...Consult your obstetrician and discuss about the issues they will surely help you... Regards.
