My eye is nipping and red I CANT SEE ANYCRATCHES ON IT BUT IT IS BLURRY.....i have no access to a doctor as my wife is away and I DONT UNDERSTAND RUSSIAN

please give  cold compresses. use antibiotic eyes drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and take oral anti inflammatory and antibiotics tab e.g. diclogesic and ciplox 500 twice daily.
