I have vitiligo - Autoimmune diseases

I have autoimmune diseases, due to that i have hashimoto thyroid and vitiligo - white patches on hand , figure and under arm. I am taking Blood pressure and thyroid medicine regularly. My BMI is 24.5 . Please advise how to cure my vitiligo disease .
