sugar levels every alternate day and do both fasting and post lunch and also random when you are feeling dizzy.I presume that you have bought glucometer and if not it is mandatory in your case as the sugar is bound to fluctuate causing disturbances which you are experiencing at present.You will need to titrate the dose of insulin as per sugar levels and only than you will be feeling better..Also go for brisk walking 45 min per day 6 days in a week and avoid anything which has got high glycaemic index like frank sugar,rice,fruit juices,cold drinks,and even fruits like bananas and grapes.Small frequent meals will maintain the sugar levels properly instead of large meals at long gap.You can even visit my website and blog on www.drfriend.in for further guidance and information.
