I have tmj but i feel like more

Like i say i have tmj but when i keep open my mouth too far i feel like my bone or sth idk go up and now everytime i move my mouth i hear cracking sound in my ear it just happen to night 11_12_2017. i feel really scare are my bone broke or sth ? or just big tmj problem ? also the pain still hurt and i only open my mouth a little just enough to eat and speak
