I have sicca eyes and all blood test including ANA, C-ANCA, P-ANCA are normal except thyroidTsh is slightly high and t3 and T4 are within normal LIMIT. HOWEVER IN TPO ANTIBODY RESULT IS 160 WHICH POSITIVE. Neck usg is also normal. Now what to do.
