Greetings. SLE is associated with hair loss and hairloss in SLE may be a marker of disease activity. So it is advisable that you go to your treating doctor - get a detailed evaluation and restart medications if needed.
Hairfall in SLE can also occur as a result due to alopecia areata or telogen effluvium or due SLE itself. Therefore the treatment has to be done under direct examination and evaluation.
