I tried many ways but nothing worked,aurvedha abd sidha also tried nothing worked out i cannot bear the itching pls give me a solution

It could be tinea infection or face or it could be seborrhic dermatitis. Need to examine and evaluate before comment on treatment. Currently to subside the itching symptomatically you can use tablet levocetrizine twice a day until you get it evaluated.
