Sacroliatis is a inflammation related issue and might need a proper rehab to be done to protect and reallign the joint...
I suggest you to kindly meet a physio to check your low back alignment...si joint hypomobility..fix it and then start rehab immediately..
Core and gluteus exercises ...basic stretches need to be done..
