I have pearly penile papules.

I am 26 year old.I have pearly penile papules inside the foreskin. And also two small pimple outside the skin. If I squeeze the two outside pimple white puss like thing will come out.its a tiny two pimple.its been there for years. Is there any cure for this? Please let me know.
