These popped up like 4-5 days ago, there are three one in the picture, one behind ear, one in front of ear. Trouble is with the one in front of the ear. It pulses sometimes and causes severe headaches. Whom should I see?

Hello it looks like lymph node enlargement consult ent specialist and physician for further evaluation and treatment.
