I have problem of irregular mensuration cycle. I am also over weight. It make me stressed bcoz of irregular period iam not feeling good. Kindly solve my problem.

Take Tab Medroxy progesterone acetate 10mg one tablet per day from Day 16 to Day 25 or you can use Oral Contraceptive pills (D1-D28) also. Also do regular excercises and try weight reduction. Do consult a gynaecologist if problem persists
