Please see the curve layer beside of my nipples.what would be the case . Please advise . Please look under my arm pit and beside my chest having curvey buldge . Please what would be feeling uncomfortable

Kindly get an ultrasound done of both side of your male breast .. It seems you have developed gynecomastia grade I (man boobs) that involves not only fatty deposition but also gland enlargement… It requires liposuction along with excision of gland by a plastic surgeon Kindly get in touch with an ultrasound report Hope this helps

There is nothing to worry. According to picture looks like fatty deposition. Reduce your weight and build chest by doing weight training. You will be fine
