Kindly get an ultrasound done of both side of your male breast .. It seems you have developed gynecomastia grade I (man boobs) that involves not only fatty deposition but also gland enlargement… It requires liposuction along with excision of gland by a plastic surgeon Kindly get in touch with an ultrasound report Hope this helps
